ABOUT US:

Donna Landini, E-RYT is a certified Eclectic Hatha Yoga Teacher, registered with the Yoga Alliance and a 2002 graduate of the Yoga Teachers Training Institute of Long Island.  Donna is currently enrolled in the 500 hour advanced certification program offered through Less Stress Yoga with Nancy Owens.

Since 2001, Donna has introduced hundreds of students to the healing benefits of yoga through her classes, programs, and workshops offered throughout Long Island. She is extremely grateful to all of her teachers past and present, especially
Marianne Mitsinikos and Mokshapriya Shakti (YTTI), Janice Ventresca and John Friend (Anusara).

In 2003, Donna began her exploration of Thai Yoga with
Jonas Westring of Thai Yoga Healing Arts.  In 2008, Donna was afforded the opportunity to train in Lotus Palm Thai Yoga under the compassionate guidance of Jyothi Watanabe, a senior student of Kam Thye Chow. In addition to the many Yoga classes available at the studio, Donna is also available for private and semi-private classes and is also accepting appointments for Thai Yoga sessions.

Donna originally turned to yoga to supplement her martial arts training in which she holds the rank of 2nd degree black belt in American Kenpo Karate. In addition to offering classes at the studio, private training and Women's Self Defense workshops are also available.

Peter Landini is a student of Master William Ting, 3rd generation lineage holder in the Wu Ji style of Tai Chi Chuan. Pete centers his classes on the development of the internal energies found within the forms for both health and self-defense. Pete also trains in Ba Gua Zhang with Frank Allen, where he is an Asst. Instructor at the Wu Tang Physical Culture Association (NYC). As an internal martial art, Bagua compliments and reinforces Tai Chi principles, enabling one to experience higher levels of the art. Pete also has advanced training in Chin Na, completing all 6 levels through workshops with Dr Yang, Jwing-Ming, and is a black belt in American Kenpo

About Our Kenpo: After earning black belts at a local dojo, Donna and Pete sought more advanced training. In 2004, Donna began training under the WKKA and graded for 2nd Degree Black Belt, while later that same year, Pete began training with Sr. Professor Clyde O'Briant. As members of the LTKKA, Donna and Pete receive ongoing instruction from Master Larry Tatum through seminars and camps.
